  Can't recommend them at all. I got an extensive suspension and steering repair on my 4WD done, which included servicing steering rack, replacing steering rods, bushes, links, mounts, brake pads, work on wheel bearings and other works. When I picked up the car after 2 days in their workshop and 4700 $ less in my pocket, one ball joint played up and created quite a loud squeak when moving the car. I believe it might have been coincindece and random for the ball joint to stuff up as it is a wear a tear part. Anyway...I think this issue could have been picked up when the repair was done. It appears that the upper control arm bushes have not been pressed properly into their housings. I took my concern to the boss but he played it down as "normal". As I am not a mechanic by trade I just had to deal with that and accept. After a few days driving with a squeaky car i got sick of it and took the car back to GCSSB to get the ball joint replaced. When I picked it up again I noticed the front of the car being lowered compared to before I took it there. It looked odd to me so I had a look underneath and spotted 4 nuts placed on the left hand torsion bar tensioner bolt. I didn't want to take the car home like that and complained about it. But the boss talked it down and told me that placing spacers (in that case some nuts) on the bolts is a normal procedure and that my car hasn't been lowered and nothing had changed compared to before. My first thought was that whoever worked on the car had broken the thread of the tensioner and that they want to cover it up. It got denied and after a bit of a discussion about that I realised "there is not much more I can do". When I now jumped in the car to drive off I noticed the wheels wearing on something when I steer. So I turned around, went back to the workshop and took the boss for a quick ride around the block. Turns out...the sway bar has been installed the wrong way around....upside down !!! At this time all the mechanics had knocked off so I had to leave the car there again, without any apology from the boss i left.....very disappointed.
  The next day i rang them to arrange the pick up after work. When I got there and had a look at the car it appeared to look normal again which means front and rear same height again and the sway bar was changed the right way around. Of course i got another invoice including some labour and two new torsion bar tensioner bolts as they had to replace them with the stuffed ones. I couldn't be bothered to argue around any longer and payed the extra amount. Finally i could take the car home. I am very disappointed with GCSSB. The work hasn't been done properly, car is still squeaky. I regret choosing them and hope no one else looking to get some work on the car done makes the same mistake.
